Because in close encounters, any other weapon is visible, the fan kick is extremely deadly because it comes from nowhere and takes out people around you. That would mean that it would have to be something like German, French, Russian or one of the Indian languages. People see a chinese kid and it doesn't shock them if he speaks Eastern Asian languages or English (because everyone is supposed to).
